Our in-person MPPM degree prepares highly qualified midcareer professionals with the skills to enhance their careers. You can choose to study full-time or part-time on our Pittsburgh campus. For acceptance into the program, you must have a minimum of five years of professional experience beyond an entry-level position.

To apply to the in-person MPPM program, your experience should demonstrate increasing levels of responsibility, leadership, and professional competence, especially in areas such as program management, budgeting and finance, human resource management, or policy formulation and implementation.

Curriculum

The flexible curriculum of the MPPM program is ideal for full-time and part-time students, as it allows you to take any of the courses offered at GSPIA.

You are free to study international affairs, international development, or public administration, and may focus your course selection on any of the fields of study offered under GSPIA’s traditional 48-credit master’s degree programs.

Degree requirements can be completed within one year of full-time study or two years of part-time study.
