Executive Assistant to the Dean
The Executive Assistant to the Dean will provide advanced, professional administrative support to the Dean of the School of Public and International Affairs. Responsibilities include providing daily administrative support, drafting formal correspondence, memorandums, and other confidential documents as directed, and organizing SPIA's administrative calendar of meetings, maintaining agendas, minutes, and records. This position manages the Dean's engagements by overseeing the executive's calendar, travel arrangements, and expense reimbursements, while supporting other logistical needs. Additional support related to school specific functions will be provided to the Associate Dean and affiliated committees.

Administrator, Ford Institute for Human Security
The Administrator will provide primary administrative support to the director of the Ford Institute for Human Security within the School of Public and International Affairs. He or she will be responsible for supporting the implementation of strategic operations and managing day to day operations while serving as the liaison to student employees, student participants in Ford programs, and various stakeholders both internal and external. This position requires sufficient educational training and professional experience to take initiative, work independently, and contribute in a meaningful way to the policy impactful research mission of the Ford Institute. The incumbent is expected to be in office at least 20 hours of the 25 hour work week as discussed and agreed upon with the Director.
