The Handshake platform is designed to be modern, streamlined, and provide career information tailored to your interests and goals.
Pitt Interstride
Interstride is an interactive career platform designed to enhance the career exploration and job search experience for international students as well as domestic students seeking international opportunities. Although this resource is primarily for international students, it also provides a variety of other tools that can be utilized by all students. Explore Interstride here.

- Visa Insights: A tool to look up what companies and organizations have sponsored H1-B visas in the past.
- Expert Career and Immigration Support: Courses and webinars on job search strategy, employment options, and immigration pathways in the US.
- Country Insights: Guides to numerous countries overseas with links to health and safety information, job postings, and more.
- Jobs: A job and internship aggregator to search opportunities at H1-B sponsoring employers in the U.S. or at companies and organizations abroad.
- Resources and Webinars: Information and advice curated by the team at Interstride.
- Networking/Mentorship: Interstride provides an opportunity to connect with international peers and alums who were once international students at Pitt.

When preparing for a job interview, it's not enough to only read advice - you need to put that advice into practice! That's why Big Interview isn't just a training course. You'll also get hands-on practice with mock interviews tailored to your specific industry, job and experience level.
